Role

Support access and delivery of Beat’s eating disorder support programmes.

The Senior Services Facilitator plays a key role in Beat’s Services Directorate, ensuring that people affected by eating disorders are supported through timely access to the right programme. Acting as the first point of contact for service users, you will complete suitability assessments, coordinate support allocation, and manage your own caseload by directly delivering Beat’s Support Programmes.

You will also provide vital administrative support to the Services Leadership Team, including maintaining accurate records, contributing to reporting, and supporting effective contract delivery. Working closely with programme officers, clinical supervisors, and colleagues across Beat’s Helpline, Volunteering, Co-Production and Training teams, you’ll help deliver a seamless and high-quality service experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in mental health support who can combine empathy, strong communication, and organisational skills. If you are adaptable, able to work autonomously, and motivated by making a real difference to people’s lives, you’ll thrive as part of our committed and supportive team at Beat.

We particularly encourage applications from Welsh speakers for this role; we have received funding from the Welsh government and are looking to improve our service delivery for our Welsh-speaking beneficiaries.
