Access to Services Support Worker

Role

Are you passionate about making services accessible and inclusive for children, young people and families facing disadvantage and adversity in North East Fife? Families First is seeking a proactive and caring Access to Services Support Worker to ensure our service users can attend their programmes safely, reliably, and with confidence.

This is a key role where you’ll coordinate and support transport arrangements, assist with journeys when needed, and work closely with families and colleagues to remove barriers to participation. You’ll also advocate for inclusive transport solutions and help embed best practice around accessibility, inclusion and safeguarding.

This post is a regulated role for both children and adults and thus subject to a Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) criminal background check.
