Role

We’re looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our East Lothian Project as a Family Peer Support Worker

This role is open to people with lived experience of a loved one’s substance use, who want to use that experience to support and stand alongside families across East Lothian. You’ll play an important part in creating spaces where families feel heard, respected, and able to shape the support they receive, helping them to make positive changes in their own lives and communities.

Working in partnership with families, local agencies, and Circle’s team, you will help develop and deliver peer support groups, events, and consultations, while ensuring that families’ perspectives inform training, policy, and service delivery. If you are committed to supporting families, building strong partnerships, and promoting inclusive, rights-based approaches that strengthen communities, we would be delighted to hear from you.
