Do you have a passion for helping young people discover faith, grow in confidence, and find a place to belong? St John’s Church in Linlithgow is seeking a 0–18s Worker with responsibility for youth to lead and develop our youth ministry.

This part-time role (17.5 hours per week) focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for young people, while equipping and encouraging volunteer leaders to flourish. You’ll be part of our wider 0–18s team, supporting intergenerational church life and helping young people take their next steps in faith.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Leading Monday evening youth groups, activities, and Sunday teaching.
  • Recruiting, equipping, and supporting volunteer leaders and young leaders.
  • Offering pastoral support to young people and their families.
  • Planning and running trips, events, and residentials.
  • Helping shape a long-term strategy for 0–18s ministry.
