  • Facilitate a weekly drop-in group session (3 hours), one-to-one sessions (3 hours), and complete related admin (1 hour).
  • Help individuals identify and achieve personalised outcomes.
  • Use self-management tools and wellbeing resources to promote independence and resilience.
  • Signpost participants to relevant services and local opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with WHALE Arts staff and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records, contribute to case management, and support evaluation.
  • Uphold professional boundaries, confidentiality, and data protection standards.
  • Manage health and safety risks and report concerns appropriately.
  • Attend team meetings and supervision and contribute to ongoing service development.

  • Is compassionate, reflective, and committed to promoting choice and independence.
  • Is skilled in communication, building trust, and assessing individual needs.
  • Can manage their workload independently while contributing to a team culture.
  • Is confident using digital tools for communication and record-keeping.
  • Has a strong understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

Desirable
