Our more immediate mission: To ensure that every young person in Scotland has access to expert youth specific services to assist them to avoid, survive and move on from homelessness.

Context

As our new National Prevention Manager, you will join the Rock Trust team at an exciting time. You will lead the delivery of our innovative national Upstream Prevention Programme, driving its scaling and evaluation across Scotland. Alongside this, as registered manager, you will oversee and ensure effective delivery of our core frontline services that are based in Perth.

You will:

  • Lead the growth of Upstream nationally and champion our campaign to mainstream the service.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of Perth services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and external funding partners to secure sustainable financial resources for both our Upstream Prevention Programme and Perth services.
