As a Recovery Housing Worker you will work as part of a dedicated team to develop and maintain high quality supported plans for individuals in our Glasgow Recovery Housing Service. You will manage a small caseload of individuals with varied support needs such as substance use, housing issues, mental health, learning difficulties, offending, domestic violence, physical health needs etc., using a strengths-based approach and effective and person-centred support planning. To do this you will support individuals to engage effectively with a range of relevant services and ensure services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements, organisational policy and regulatory standards.
