Our small but mighty Government Partnerships Team in Scotland is looking for a passionate, driven and strategic
leader to join us as Head of Government Partnerships.
In this high-impact role, you’ll manage trusted relationships with national and local government partners, securing
and stewarding 6-7 figure contracts that directly support young people across Scotland to achieve their
potential. You’ll spot and shape new income opportunities, influence policy, and ensure young people’s voices
are heard where it matters most.
If you have a track record of securing income in a results-driven environment, a keen interest in the Scottish
political and policy context, and thrive when working proactively and collaboratively, we’d love to hear from
you. You’ll be part of an ambitious, close-knit and supportive team, working in a hybrid way with your time
split between home and our office, with flexibility to structure your hours around caring responsibilities.
Why do we need a Head of Government Partnerships?
Last year, we helped more than 40,000 Young People, with three in four young people on our programmes moving into a
positive outcome in work, education or training. The young people we help face a range of challenges, such as
unemployment, mental health issues or some who have been in trouble with the law. We believe all young people
should have the chance to succeed, and that young people are the key to a positive and prosperous future for all
of us. We want to continue having a positive impact on young people’s lives and we couldn’t do this without the
important work of the Head of Government Partnerships!
