Role

Hillhead Housing Association 2000 is a community housing association managing 830 tenancies located in the Hillhead area of Kirkintilloch.

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our high performing housing management team. The role covers all aspects of housing management and in particular provides crucial support to our Housing Officers in terms of waiting list management and allocations, and in the control of lower level arrears.

Additionally, we expect 41 newbuild properties to come off site in Summer 2025 and support will be required in the allocation and letting of these properties.

This post will be predominantly office based with the opportunity to work from home one day per week.

Our ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of housing management within an RSL setting, including an understanding of how the basics of Housing Benefit and Universal Credit operates. This is a vital customer facing role and the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop positive working relationships.
