Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who shares our values to join The Breastfeeding Network’s busy HR team. The ER Manager will play a vital part in our organisation and in the management and support of our people processes. This is a new and exciting opportunity in a fast paced environment. The role of Employee Relations Manager is a generalist HR management role and will be responsible for ensuring effectiveness of HR process and driving improvement across all areas of the employment lifecycle, as well as providing expert HR knowledge and advice to our management and leadership teams.
