Role

Do you want to help disabled young people feel unstoppable? As a Young People’s Worker you will be delivering vital support to young people between the ages of 13 and 25 affected by spina bifida and hydrocephalus to help them become more independent.

You’ll be the person empowering young people to reach their potential, offering one to one support and co-ordinating chances for people to get together, make friends and build their support network.

At the same time, you’ll be raising awareness of spina bifida and hydrocephalus within the community and with service providers to ensure that no young person affected by our conditions feels alone.

If you’re compassionate, creative and a team player who also works well on their own initiative we want to speak to you.
