About the role of Service Manager

This work is about helping people to live well and achieve the things in life that really matter to them. We have roles available in a 24/7 mental health service, commissioned by Perth and Kinross Council, supporting people living with severe and enduring mental health issues and common co-morbities, such as neurodevelopmental conditions, to live fulfilled lives and achieve their goals.

The service offers direct emotional wellbeing and practical support to individuals to improve their mental health and wellbeing within a recovery coaching model. Working with people on a 1-2-1 or group basis, in people’s homes and communities, we work with individuals to identify their strengths, issues and goals. We encourage individuals to recognise and use their existing strengths, facilitate building new kills to build momentum in independent living skills, self-management, personal recovery and building capacity.
