Campbell Tickell are pleased to be recruiting to the role of Director of Customer Services at Cairn Housing.
Cairn Housing Group is a leading national social housing provider, with over 4,500 units in management across Scotland, a £25 million turnover and employing over 200 staff.
We are now seeking to appoint a new Director of Customer Services who will lead on all functions within customer services that includes tenancy, income, estates, courts, contact centre and housing needs. You will offer strategic and collaborative leadership to develop and deliver the group’s business plans, strategies and policies, and ensure a high quality and high performing customer services culture throughout the group.
You may bring experience within the public/social sector and will be a member of CIH or equivalent professional body. Importantly, you will work collaboratively with the Executive Team, lead your teams to drive a values based, outcome focused service to tenants and other customers and lead on a range of partnership working with external agencies, including government, local authorities and other service providers.
