Role

Sistema Scotland’s vision is to improve lives and strengthen communities. Working with children and their families, the programme is focused on early intervention and stimulating generational social change, increasing confidence, aspiration, community cohesion, pride and developing high level skills in the young people involved. We deliver our work through the creation of Big Noise programmes within communities, and currently run programmes in Raploch and Fallin in Stirling, Douglas in Dundee, Govanhill in Glasgow, Torry in Aberdeen, and Wester Hailes in Edinburgh.

You will assist the Executive Assistant to ensure there is well planned, proactive administration functions to support key priorities for the organisation. This will include providing some personal assistant support and project support for key Senior Leadership roles as required. An experienced office administrator or personal assistant (PA), you will have demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office (particularly MS Word and Excel), email, minute taking and coordinating action trackers.

This is a permanent post, working 4 days/28 hours per week during office hours (working days/hours to be agreed with line manager). You will have a hybrid working pattern between our office base in Raploch, Stirling and home working (pattern to be agreed with line manager). It is expected that two days per week will be office based.
