Are you a customer-focused person who believes in effective service delivery and value for money?

Are you passionate about providing the best possible service and outcomes for your customers and tenants? Are you an effective communicator with excellent organisational skills and a good team player? If so, we want to hear from you as we have an exciting opportunity within our Property Services Team.

You will have experience of supervising a small team, coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities, scheduling and supervising maintenance work, and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal, communication and customer skills, and be an experienced professional in your field. You should have an understanding of housing associations and the repairs and maintenance environment.
