Support/Administration Officer required.

  • Hours - full time (32 hours over 4 days)
  • Non-working day Monday or Friday thereby allowing for a three-day weekend.

  • Discretionary bonus paid in December (depending on company’s performance)

Money Matters are looking for a highly motivated person who is experienced in administration and support to form part of our Money Matters team. This role is crucial to the delivery of our Financial Inclusion Service and the successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with the public via the telephone and face to face at our reception as well as supporting our Financial Inclusion/Energy Advisors. This position requires an individual who can multi-task, are flexible and can work under pressure. Excellent Administration, organisation, and IT skills as well as an excellent telephone manner are essential. Our client group can be very vulnerable and have both physical and mental health conditions. We require someone who has the skills and patience to communicate effectively and appropriately and put our clients at their ease.

A clean driving licence and own car are preferred although not essential.
