Several posts across our Lanarkshire Projects.
New Year, new opportunity. Do you fancy a change and want to join our generous, helpful and happy team of advocacy workers within an established, innovative and welcoming organisation? If you are interested in speaking up for and with people who are marginalised or unheard, please read on.
We have several vacancies for advocacy workers across a number of projects, we have sector leading pay scales; placing on the scale is dependent on previous experience and starting at the top of the scale is possible for the right candidate.
We have projects delivering independent advocacy for people with addictions, people in receipt of self-directed support as well as our core project which covers mental ill health, older people, learning disability and long-term conditions. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of disability or addiction or people with significant family experience.
Don’t be put off if you feel you don’t have experience of every single competency we ask for, we will be flexible and supportive to the right candidates. We offer a comprehensive induction and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
If you have knowledge or experience of any of the following, we want to hear from you:
