Position:
Voices of Experience (VOX) and the Mental Health Foundation are recruiting for a an experienced manager. The post is available on an initial fixed term contract to 31 March 2025. This is a full time post although part time options can be discussed with the successful candidate.
VOX is Scotland’s national collective advocacy organisation for people with lived experience of mental health issues. We are a member led charity, founded in 2006 and hosted by the Mental Health Foundation.
We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Manager to lead our small staff team. Working with our elected Board of Directors, the Manager will have a strategic overview of our work, positioning the organisation as a key partner of Scottish Government and collaborating with other voluntary sector organisations to ensure our members’ voices are heard.

The successful applicant will be subject to appropriate vetting procedures (proof of eligibility to work in the UK, proof of residency and satisfactory employment screening, including DBS and two most recent references) along with 3-year renewals of DBS. We are unable to provide sponsorship for this post, you must be able to demonstrate your eligibility to work in the UK.
