Job Summary
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Fundraising Manager for this varied and exciting role. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the funding landscape and fundraising activities. They will have experience managing funding relationships with trusts and foundations, statutory sources and corporate foundations as well as delivering an exciting programme of community, challenge and special events.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, they will lead on the strategic direction of the department including developing annual budgets. They will support the fundraising team (a Trust Fundraiser, Community and Events Fundraiser and Fundraising and Volunteer Co-ordinator) to excel in their roles and deliver a programme of fundraising activities and an inspiring volunteer programme.
The Fundraising Manager will maintain professional standards of fundraising throughout. As an excellent self-starter they will work well under their own initiative and lead on new fundraising ideas to increase, income long term support and sustainable growth across the organisation.
