An interesting and varied opportunity exists for an experienced HR professional to join a small HR team to provide the full range of generalist HR support and Advisory services and to assist in shaping the future workplace.
The HR Adviser will be actively involved in managing recruitment activity and in operational and advisory work and will be well placed to influence and improve HR practices, systems and processes and contribute significantly on areas linked to training and development, culture and values and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards and have operated at HR Adviser level and be experienced in undertaking HR generalist and operational work including recruitment and will be highly skilled in using and implementing HR systems.
