This is a new role within Health in Mind, and as part of the Senior Management Team, you will design and deliver workforce and organisational development and change management strategies, processes and interventions supporting our ambition to be a high performing organisation, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.

We look for a range of experience, skills and knowledge. The most important aspect for us is values fit. You can find out more about us and the team in the role profile.

If you feel a connection with our approach and values, we'd love to hear from you even if you don't have all the required experience, skills and knowledge. We can help you develop those.
