Enable are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join our Enable Recruits division:

Enable Recruits is a dedicated and professional internal recruitment function, delivering targeted recruitment campaigns bespoke to each individual we support, to attract and retain skilled staff. The Enable Recruits team work at pace, taking a business partner and consultative approach to manage the full end-to-end recruitment process from campaign through to onboarding.

As Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment of frontline staff and associated teams for Enable's local services. This is a strategic role, where you will provide advice and assistance to hiring managers in accordance with policies, procedures and market insights to deliver effective and creative recruitment solutions in a timely and proactive manner.

From scope to onboarding, this is very much a 360 role where no two days are the same. You'll be part of the wider Workforce Development team, working collaboratively with local service teams, recruitment colleagues and Learning and Development to provide the optimum candidate experience.

About You

This role would suit an experienced recruitment professional with a proven background in high volume recruitment either in-house or 360 agency.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

  • Awareness of Employment law, Equality Act and Data Protection Act
  • ICT skills including the use of ATS systems and reporting tools
  • Strong business development and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of handling multiple items/tasks with timely completions
  • Ability to work to KPI's with minimal supervision

Full UK driving licence and own car essential
