This important and exciting position plays an important role in the day to day running of the Children 1st bases and spaces. Managing all property and Health and Safety matters, working with the Corporate Administration team and Service Teams in all of Children 1st locations.
This role within the Corporate Services Team will involve managing the efficient running and maintenance of the property portfolio, reviewing corporate contracts, work with internal teams and external contractors across the country to help with the efficient running of offices and service bases, and ensure all legal and statutory requirements are met throughout the property portfolio. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring the organisational Health and Safety requirements are met, manage the property database and budget and line manage the Corporate Administration Team.
