Role

Children 1st have opened the first Bairns Hoose in Scotland and are looking for an Administrator to join our team in creating a nurturing, caring, child centred and family friendly welcoming environment for children and their families. The Children 1st North Strathclyde Bairns Hoose is a place where children can access the support they need to complete their child protection and/or justice journey. Working closely with our Bairns Hoose Executive Assistant you will deliver support from our Bairns Hoose in East Renfrewshire, working 21 hours across 3 days. The role involves providing office based support as one of the key people in the team who will ensure a consistent caring welcome to everyone who visits the house.

Base

You will be office based within our Bairns Hoose in East Renfrewshire

Further Information

This is a part time, permanent role of 21 hours per week. Our core hours are Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm. We are keen to dovetail this role, with our Executive Assistant and therefore have a preference for this post to provide administrative support on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Salary, Conditions, Pension

We will offer you a competitive salary, generous annual leave entitlement (40 days (pro rata) inclusive of 7 public holidays) and a contributory pension scheme.
