We’re looking for new Trustees to join our board.
Corra’s Trustees play a hugely important role in Corra. They guide the foundation, setting strategy and making sure we’re having a positive impact. They are responsible for governance, overseeing good financial management, ensuring Corra is a good employer and protecting our reputation.
We’re looking for people who care about Corra’s mission, and come with an engaged and committed mindset, ready to have their voice heard in conversations about what we do and why. We hope to increase the diversity of our Board, and balance experience and enthusiasm across our group of Trustees.
We’d love to hear from you if you have strong skills and experience in at least one of these areas:
- Charity governance, including reporting and transparency, and maintaining and enhancing public support for the work that charities do.
- Finance, including investment management, impact investing and public sector finances.
- Themes that feature strongly in our work, including children and young people, drugs and alcohol, human rights and tackling poverty, inequality and injustice.
Diversity of our Board is a vital part of our commitments to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and to becoming an anti-racist organisation. We would particularly welcome applications from disabled people and people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities.

The Finance Officer for the Community One Stop Shop plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient financial management of the organization. Reporting to the Board Treasurer and CEO the Finance Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. This role is essential in upholding financial transparency, compliance, and accountability within the charity.

Role Overview
To ensure the financial health and sustainability of CSREC by leading on financial planning, securing essential funding, and maintaining robust financial reporting and compliance. The post holder will be responsible for the creation and management of budgets and forecasts, identifying and applying for new funding, and ensuring all financial reporting to funders is accurate and timely.
Community Worker - Digital Inclusion

At its heart, the main purpose of this role is to address both the cause and impact of digital inequality within the Gorbals by supporting individuals and communities to gain the skills, confidence and access required. This role will help bridge the digital divide by working collaboratively with third sector partners.
Crossroads Youth and Community Association’s work and values are built on the central belief that “everyone had the right to live gloriously: whatever in society prevents this, should be challenged and whatever in the individual helps should be nurtured”
This role will involve working across the community with young people, families and the wider community.
