A key element of this work involves our Communications and Digital Strategy, and we are delighted to be recruiting a Senior Manager who can lead, inspire and develop our approach to this work.
The role will help us define and deliver our new strategy for digital and communication services. The aim is to maximise data insights and oversee the delivery of a comprehensive communications strategy and action plan to raise the profile and reputation of Paths for All. The digital strategy should be informed by insight and research and foster healthy data capture.

So, as a potential candidate for this new post:
• Are you able to take a leading role by helping us to define and deliver our new digital strategy and further develop our communication and marketing services?
• Can you provide strategic direction to ensure that we stay at the cutting edge of digital developments and raise the profile and reputation of Paths for All’s work with partner organisations, funders, volunteers and members of the public.
• Can you demonstrate competency as a senior leader, working successfully with stakeholders to drive forward a challenging strategy to have Scotland walking to improve health, and tackle inactivity on a population scale?
You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and senior management team to champion and deliver Paths for All’s Vision, Strategy, and Business Plans. You will also lead a multidisciplinary team to drive forward Paths for All’s communication, marketing and promotion work to help raise awareness about the health benefits of walking and the role, the walking environment and active travel can play in our journey to decarbonisation and net zero.
