Children 1st are looking to appoint an Executive Support Manager to join our dynamic, hardworking, and driven executive support team.

Your new role

As the Executive Support Manager, you will be a core member of the team. You will be providing personal support to the Chief Executive Officer. You will assist in the delivery of clear strategic plans and be a key contributor to the successful and smooth running of the Children 1st objectives.

Your responsibilities will cover; support to the chief executive, responsibility for team leadership and management, holding financial responsibilities and involvement in volunteer engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you must have a relevant record of leading, motivating, managing, supporting, and developing high performing teams. Additionally, you need to have experience of leading and supporting teams through change and supporting senior leaders in a complex and changing environment. Furthermore, you will be an experienced professional with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders, ideally gained within the charity sector. An accomplished communicator with highly developed people management skills, you will also be able to demonstrate a proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
