The Behaviour Change and Development Team run these projects engaging with thousands of people every year and are looking to extend the team in an exciting period of growth.

The Bothy is a localised, place-based partnership project run in the community surrounding the Crinan Canal within Mid-Argyll and aims create positive change to the way people travel, perceive and utilise the place they live and visit. The Bothy focuses on raising awareness of cycling and walking routes, increasing confidence of people’s travel journeys, creating partnerships to enable bikes on buses, and improve local route knowledge. It also offers a platform for the community to share feedback and suggestions on the place around them.

The role holder will coordinate partners and support engagement with walking, wheeling and cycling activities amongst communities along the Crinan Canal.
