Role

Bike for Good is seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our award-winning team and help us change lives through cycling!

The successful candidate will lead and develop the Cycling Friendly Employer Award programme to help us achieve our vision, mission and values, in partnership with Cycling Scotland. The CFE Coordinator will focus on directly supporting workplaces and employers across Glasgow and Greater Glasgow to successfully achieve the CFE Award. They will also engage in the coordination and delivery of training in a wide range of settings including on road cycle training, group rides and e-cargo bike training. Developing strong partnerships with businesses, community based services and individuals are key to this role.

We need someone with a creative approach who can promote Bike for Good, interact with workplaces and employers and establish productive relationships with key stakeholders. Candidates should be passionate about increasing the number of people who choose to cycle as their main mode of travel and raising awareness of the benefits of cycling.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, the cycling sector or related field, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The fixed term contract is until 31st March 2022 and it is 30 hours flexibly working from home.
