Family Housing Support Worker

Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced family support worker to join our Youth Housing Support Service.

This post is initially funded for 12 months by Clyde Valley Housing Association in partnership with Barnardos to provide intensive family support to tenants living within North Lanarkshire.

You will have a “can do” attitude and approach and an ability to work on your own as well as part of a team. You will have experience in engaging and developing relationships with family members of all ages.

You will have experience of delivering housing and family support, knowledge and experience of the benefits system, ability to assess needs and sign post to relevant services as well as providing practical support.

You will be confident in assessments, recordings, monitoring and report writing.
