At TEP HQ, we are looking for a proactive person with bags of enthusiasm, who is committed to making a BIG change to join our team as a member of the board. Our organisation is going through a time of change and this is a unique opportunity to develop the organisation and shape its future, as well as support delivery of our ambitious strategy for 2021-2023!

To complement the skills on our wonderful board, we are looking for someone who has experience in:

- Working in the third sector including an existing network and range of partnerships across the sector

- Financial experience, working to manage accounts

- Leadership experience (this can range from workplace experience, time spent on a committee or individual project work)

- Excellent communication skills

- Anything else you think we need to do to make meaningful change!

This is a voluntary role(s) and involves a commitment of up to 2 hours per month, with at least two in person meetings per year, appropriate expenses covered.

If you’ve been involved in community organising, you’re passionate about feminism and have a few hours a week to spare to get involved in leading one of Scotland’s fastest growing charities, get in touch!
