This role will work across Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our busy People Team.

You will support the day to day running of our People Team which includes HR, Learning & Development and Volunteering. We support all services across both of our charities.

You will provide professional and effective administrative support to the HR function including for recruitment, HR and L&D systems support, preparing payroll information, correspondence to colleagues at all stages of the employee and volunteer life cycle, and assisting with project work. You will also be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries.

The successful candidate will have experience of providing administrative support in an HR environment and hold a Foundation Certificate in People Practice (CIPD Level 3) or equivalent.

You will have excellent time management skills and work in a customer focussed way with great attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident and experienced in working with HR systems and producing management information
