Role

As our customer experience coordinator you will support Energy Saving Trust advice teams and Home Energy Scotland subcontractors to deliver a world class service for all our customers and to meet or exceed contracted customer experience standards across all customer facing channels.

The role

  • Maintain and improve the quality of internal resources and develop projects that support advice teams to succeed.
  • Be the team’s customer feedback specialist.

What you’ll do

  • Quality and feedback monitoring, subsequently understanding trends from data analysis, using this as a foundation to identify and apply your innovative solutions and ideas that support continual improvements. Coach, influence or train with an accountably approach to support advice teams to implement and succeed.
  • Develop various customer experience projects, examples being eLearning, analytics and service or process improvements.
  • Be the team’s customer feedback specialist and manage the maintenance and compliance of team resources and guidance.

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstratable customer experience expertise and passion with a with dedication to succeed.
  • Previous quality monitoring experience or evaluation of others’ work and/or expertise in coaching, feedback and influencing accountability in others.
  • Analytical, planning and coordination skills to support successful projects or process improvements.

This is a permanent position. Blended (home and office-based) working is possible for this role.
