About the role
Our People Team supports our staff to do their jobs safely and effectively, covering all aspects of HR, learning and development, and volunteering. We are looking for an efficient, reliable and proactive individual to support our people functions, particularly the coordination of our staff recruitment and on-boarding processes. The role also provides support to our Compliance and Corporate Services colleagues and is a point of contact for general enquiries to the organisation.
About you
You’ll be:
• Someone who thrives on supporting our people to be the best they can be
• Able to communicate compassionately and clearly with everyone you come into contact with
• Extremely proficient in using IT, including MS Office, Zoom and Teams and able to pick up new systems quickly.
• Extremely organised and you’ll be able to meet deadlines and proactively prioritise your own workload
• Innovative and able to contribute to the design and implementation of new processes to increase efficiency and communication
