About the Role:

Support in Mind Scotland have an exciting opportunity in NHS Highland’s new Highland Community Link Worker service, for which we are proud to be the lead agency and delivery partner.
We are looking for an Administrator with a passion for supporting people to improve their mental and physical health outcomes. In this varied, new role you will be part of a large team across the Highlands that will take referrals from NHS Primary Care, supporting people whose health issues are rooted in social deprivation. The project will be embedded with Primary Care services and will develop links to community resources, ensuring that strong, working links are established between GP practices and their local communities.
You will be responsible to a Project Manager and you will provide administrative support to the Community Link Worker service team in the Highlands. You will take responsibility for managing your own workload, following guidance from your line manager to help the team to meet their outcomes in a timely and efficient way.

We are looking for someone who:
• holds a qualification relevant to this post or can evidence a skill set developed through experience.
• has strong I.T skills across a number of applications
• and is competent in working across a range of skilled administration tasks
