About the Role
Working closely with Falkirk Council Employment and Training Unit and local Community Mental Health services, you will work with a range of clients with severe and/or enduring mental health problems. You will work in collaboration with stakeholders and employers to support clients to find and sustain employment in their desired sector.
You will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of best practice in mental health provision and/or in the provision of employability and employment services. For the IPS role, a working knowledge of IPS in particular would be an advantage, but full IPS training will be provided.
