Named as the third largest developer of social housing in the UK in 2020/21, a further 1400 homes will be completed over the next three years. The housing team helps ensure that tenants enjoy safe, affordable and sustainable homes to live and flourish in.
The Role
We have fabulous job opportunity for you to join Hillcrest to lead our team of highly experienced and motivated Area Managers. This is a superb role for an individual with a genuine passion to deliver excellent customer service, to challenge targets, and to aim high.
You’ll support and empower your team to deliver an excellent service for our tenants and make it a great place to work for our colleagues.
You Will
Be an established confident and dynamic leader with a track record of delivering continuous improvement, operational efficiency and managing change
Have extensive and demonstrable experience in managing service delivery in housing or a similar industry
Have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
Motivate teams to perform at their best
Be able to work collaboratively to achieve results
