Do you have proven experience of utilising data and insights to support the work of marketing and communications activities? As our Data Management & Insight Executive you could soon be playing an important role at the heart of our Digital & Marketing Communications Team.

About the team

The Digital & Marketing Communications Team is being established to transform the way that Changeworks engages with our audiences and will lead on organisational and service marketing alongside developing our digital presence. The team overall is responsible for evolving our brand, positioning the organisation, increasing our profile and driving more people to adopt a low carbon life.

About the role

This role will power the work of the Digital & Marketing Communications Team to utilise data and insights in our day-to-day campaigns. You will turn results of statistical analytical techniques into actionable recommendations and reports. You will ensure, as a team, we have good data practices and processes are in line with our policies and regulation.

Working closely with the rest of the team you will seek to drive deeper insights, working to continually evolve our approach to campaign tracking, search engine optimisation, website analytics, market insights etc.

You will have freedom to innovate new ways of working to help us connect with more people to cause them to take actions for example drive our use of A/B testing to optimise campaign performance.

About you

You will have an inquisitive mind that finds joy in analysis data and building models to help explore how things are performing. You would ideally have a qualification in and experience of data analysis especially in a marketing, digital or communications team. You would be comfortable switching between website analytics, SEO optimisation, monitoring email marketing and developing bespoke performance reports.

You will have experience of best practice in data management, driving improvement in data quality and working collaboratively cross-organisationally to drive change.

Ideally a knack of turning data into actionable insights that colleagues understand and can respond to.
