Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop is seeking a new Curator for Research to work closely with individuals and groups within our overlapping communities to devise, fundraise for, deliver and communicate exceptional experiences for sharing ideas and new work.
The Curator for Research's role is to devise and deliver programme which furthers our support for artists and helps to define the role of ESW within the visual arts sector in Scotland and internationally, and to manage and evaluate this programme within the wider context of ESW's activities and ambitions. Purpose of the Role:
The Volunteer Support Coordinator will develop and enhance Sunny Govan Community Radio’s volunteer programme, providing structured support, training, and development opportunities. The role is critical for creating a high-quality volunteer experience, ensuring volunteers are empowered, valued, and able to contribute meaningfully to the organisation.
The Coordinator will document processes and systems to help the organisation move towards the ‘Investing in Volunteers’ (IiV) standard, the UK quality standard for good practice in volunteer management. Working towards IiV demonstrates our commitment to providing an outstanding volunteer experience, shows volunteers and potential volunteers how much they are valued, and provides confidence in Sunny Govan Community Radio’s ability to deliver effective volunteer support.
The role will also provide targeted support for volunteers facing barriers, including those in recovery, with mental health challenges, disabilities, or learning difficulties. It will support volunteers in achieving recognised awards, such as the Saltire Award or the King’s Award for Volunteering.

Job Description
We are looking for a driven, dynamic & compassionate individual to lead our East Dunbartonshire Young People & Family Service. Our service provides free, confidential support to Young People and Families who are affected by their own or a loved ones substance use. We deliver a wide range of interventions including one to one support sessions, structured group-work, wellbeing activities. We can also provide in-house Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
You will strive to work collaboratively with partners and local communities, ensuring that we are as accessible as possible and that we deliver trauma informed support with the principles of a Recovery Oriented System of Care at the heart of all that we do. You will lead your team, providing development and clear direction aligned with the organisational aims and be a strong advocate for WithYou externally, maintaining and building our profile as you go. An SVQ Level 4 in Social Services and Health care & driving licence would be desirable for this post.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, with some evening and weekend flexibility as required. The salary for this position is £29,272.60 per annum.
