An exciting and rare opportunity to join our flagship virtual team.
We provide a first point of contact for support with alcohol and drug use. You will provide direct support, information and advice to people who are looking to change. This can be online via our award winning webchat service or over the telephone/virtual face to face. You will be joining a supportive team, who are passionate about harm reduction and recovery. Primarily you will be assessing individuals who are looking for support in our commissioned areas and if appropriate delivering enhanced brief interventions. Working from home in this role will need an area you can work confidentially.

What we’re looking for
You will be experienced in delivering interventions remotely over the phone. Understanding the different ways to communicate and the nuances of supporting via a typed medium will be required. Due to the nature of the role you can have many different scenarios in quick succession and being able to treat each person as an individual is pertinent. Wanting to get the best out of yourself and your colleagues.
