Role

Do you want to help us transform lives through reading and writing? Are you a highly efficient project manager with an eye for detail? Do you have excellent organisation and time management skills? Are you confident with digital technology? If so, we would love to hear from you.

Scottish Book Trust is a national charity that believes books, reading and writing have the power to change lives. A love of reading inspires creativity, improves employment opportunities, mental health and wellbeing and is one of the most effective ways to help break the poverty cycle. We work towards a Scotland where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive through literacy.

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised project manager, to provide fixed term (12 month) cover for this post.

Central to the Early Years (EY) programme is a comprehensive training programme which supports a wide range of practitioners to gift Bookbug bags, lead Bookbug Sessions and deliver targeted outreach work to families across Scotland.

The EY Training Delivery Manager project manages a busy schedule of in-person and online training dates and webinars, which is delivered by our team of trainers. This role supports the EY Training and Development Manager to maximise reach, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our training.
