Role

Circle is a Scottish charity providing family support services to some of the most marginalised children and families in Scotland

Offering family peer support across East Lothian to family members who are affected by substance use.

We have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic individual with lived experience of a loved one’s substance use to join our team.

Funded by Scottish Government, and administered by Corra Foundation, our East Lothian Family Peer Support Project aims to identify the rights and needs of families by offering direct provision of family peer support.

The post holder will help family members to feel heard, and to inform not only their support, but wider family inclusive practice.

Expected to be funded until 31 March 2027

Applicants should possess a qualification in social work, social care, health, education or childcare and have relevant lived experience.
