We have an exciting opportunity for people to join our Midlothian Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Team. This post is funded by Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership.

We are looking for a part time Support and Development worker. Successful applicants will develop and facilitate recovery-focused, and trauma informed groups as well as deliver time-managed, outcome focused one to one support. You will work in a person centered and strength-based way. One to one support and groups will be delivered in various community venues across Midlothian or on video platforms such as Zoom.

You will maintain positive and effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, key partners, and relevant professionals. Experience of developing and delivering individual and group support is desired.

All staff are working in a blended way with access to an office base for essential work, risk assessed community work, and homeworking. Travel is required across Midlothian. Flexibility in working hours will also be expected to meet the needs of people we support.
