Causeway Integrated Services encompass a variety of well-established Recovery focused Community and Support services, for individuals and families experiencing mental health difficulties, who live or work in East Renfrewshire.
RAMH Causeway have designed two innovative roles, which will nurture your ability to support people in the community, who are recovering from the impacts of a range mental health issues, as well as developing your employment based practical skills. These posts are part of the No-One Left Behind policy (which aims to support those aged 25+, who have been long term unemployed (LTU), including people who are not in employment, training or education).
Our two Peer Trainee posts would build on the skills of people who have a mental health lived experience and who would bring this experience to these opportunities. You will encourage people to develop and explore self-management approaches, as part of the Individuals recovery journey. We are a very enthusiastic and flexible team, who enjoy working with change, to develop new supports and activities to meet the needs of the people who use the service.
You should be keen to develop your communication skills and IT skills, as well as enjoy taking on new challenges.
