Have you got experience in delivering and managing behaviour change? Do you want to use those skills to make a real difference and tackle the climate emergency?
Changeworks is looking for an expert in making behaviour change happen to join us on our mission to decarbonise homes across Scotland. You will be able to draw on a body of practical experience delivering and managing behaviour change initiatives, informed by an understanding of theory, and grounded by lessons learnt from wider initiatives. Whether your experience is community, consultancy, or academic, we want to hear from you.
Changeworks is a great place to work. We hold Investors in People Platinum accreditation, and we were nominated for employer of the year by the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce this year. Our staff overwhelmingly would recommend us as an employer, too.
We’re a growing organisation, and this role is crucial to the delivery of our ambitious objectives. We want to decarbonise homes in Scotland on a massive scale, and that needs talented individuals like you to help us deliver long-lasting behaviour change impacts alongside fabric improvements.
In this role you will be working across a diverse range of projects, both for Changeworks and external clients, in our busy and highly regarded consultancy team. You’ll be working across topics like energy efficiency, renewable technology, and fuel poverty.
We’re looking for someone who can lead and develop our behaviour change offering with strong organisational skills and a creative mindset to devise the innovative solutions we need. Alongside demonstrable experience of a variety of research techniques, you will have the skills to manage staff, deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Benefits
We offer a wide range of staff benefits including flexible working, bike to work scheme, an excellent pension scheme and 26 days paid holiday plus 9 public holidays per year.
