The Scottish Bible Society is a charity that helps people in over 200 countries and territories, bringing new translations and formats to people who have never had access to the Bible before. We are involved in transformative projects that include teaching people to read using the Bible, contributing to education, health care, emotional wellbeing and much more.

At the heart of what we do is communication. The creation of compelling messages which help our supporters and audiences to understand the importance of everyone having the Bible.

We have an exciting opportunity in our communications team for someone who enjoys innovating and delivering great content. This is a varied role and would suit anyone beginning a career in charity communications. We work in a fast paced environment delivering copy, graphics and imaging across all print and digital media. We are looking for someone to join us who is passionate about the Bible and the positive impact it makes in today’s world.

  • This is an office based role at our head office in Edinburgh (near Haymarket train station).
  • Salary depending on experience.
