Role

Do you want to be part of an innovative, dynamic organisation that is committed to making a real difference for staff and the people using the services of NHS Fife.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and creative communications officer to work across our Fife Health Charity and Corporate communications teams, acting as an internal account manager for our newly rebranded Fife Health Charity. This new post will report jointly to the Fife Health Charity Director and the Head of Communications, NHS Fife.

With drive and determination, you will support the promotion of a wide range of charity funded projects and encourage colleagues and the communities we serve across Fife to engage with the charity.

You will be required to work collaboratively with key stakeholders, with a focus on charity communications and engagement across the whole organisation.

The role will include developing and delivering a communications plan to support the implementation of the Fife Health Charities new Strategy using a range of corporate communications tools and channels including web and social media.

You will be highly organised with an innovative approach to delivery and a strong, dynamic, and confident team player who is able to grow, build and maintain relationships with team and service leads across NHS Fife.

High levels of customer service are a must alongside attention to detail. You will be able to juggle competing priorities and have a positive outlook in an environment of constant change.

Due to the current situation, we are currently working from home, but you would usually be based at Hayfield House, Kirkcaldy.
