Are you passionate about ending mental health stigma, discrimination and inequality? If so there are is a great opportunity to join the team at See Me. See Me is the national programme to end mental health stigma and discrimination, we are funded by the Scottish Government and managed by SAMH and The Mental Health Foundation. Influencing change is what the programme is all about.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Programme Manager to lead our Communities and Priority Groups team. This team works to empower people with experience of mental ill health to raise awareness and understanding of mental health problems and to take action on stigma. It engages with and supports diverse communities and groups to call out and challenge mental health stigma and discrimination and through working with a range of partners drives forward a programme that influences change to address the stigma experienced by particular groups and communities across Scotland.

You will provide effective leadership and management for the Communities and Priority Groups team and programme of work. Through applying creative and inclusive approaches you will champion a movement for change by mobilising people, communities and groups to act to reduce mental health stigma and discrimination. Through skilled facilitation and partnership working you will guide and support the team, volunteers, policy leads and partners to take forward evidence based approaches addressing the stigma experienced by diverse and seldom heard communities.
