About these Roles

We are looking for 3 enthusiastic, empathic people to join Support in Mind Scotland and help us continue to deliver excellent mental health services across Tayside.

Support in Mind Scotland is a leading national mental health charity providing incredible person-centred support across the nation. We want you to join us in one of the best places to work, where your views and experience will help develop and deliver services that people want.

Outreach Support Workers help people to feel connected to their loved ones and community, working towards aspirations and goals that they set themselves that help them live life well.

You will support people on both a one-to-one basis as well as small groups where we encourage peer support to help promote resilience and independence.

You will build links with partner organisations across Tayside, helping break down barriers and develop services that people want and need.

CUThru workers will support young people in transition from CAMHS to adult care support.

Hearing Voices workers support adults with psychosis.

All posts help people achieve their goals and aspirations including their integration into their local communities.

These roles report directly to the Service Manager for Support in Mind Scotland Tayside services.
