An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor based in Edinburgh to join the HR Team.

This is a challenging role and you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient HR generalist service across the employee lifecycle, advising on policies and best practice and supporting management and colleagues with general day-to-day HR issues. This is a truly generalist role that gives a great breath of involvement and ownership of HR activities whilst acting as an employee champion and change agent for the charity.

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, remain calm under pressure and be able to handle and progress a demanding workload to strict deadlines. Strong skills in Employee Relations, up to date knowledge of Employment Legislation, and the ability to proactively coach managers on best practice on all HR matters is essential for this role.

This role is subject to a PVG check.
